Hello friends!! I have been inspired by M-150 (red bull syrup) and my friend Will (who keeps an ever diligent blog) to share some stories and photos that move beyond a Facebook status update.
The setting: The town of Mae Sot, Thailand and wherever else the weekends and weekdays take me.
The reason: I am undertaking my placement for my Bachelor of Humanitarian and Community Studies. I am placed with an organisation called the Shoklo Malaria Research Unit and they have six different clinics that they operate out of in the surrounding area to Mae Sot, mostly on the Burma border.
What I'm doing here: As part of my placement I am doing a waste management assessment of the clinics.
Signing off: My heart is beating like a jungle drum from whatever's in an M-150 and so I am going to finish this post now. But I will put some photos up soon!
